Phillip Kim

Phillip Kim currently serves as General Counsel at Bambee since September 2025. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Vice President, Legal at Crexi from May 2022 to September 2025. Phillip's legal expertise includes experience as an M&A and Securities Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP from November 2019 to April 2022 and at Morrison Foerster from October 2015 to November 2019. Earlier in the career, Phillip completed an internship in the Office of the Attorney General at the California Department of Justice and served as a Judicial Extern for Hon. Deborah J. Saltzman at the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Phillip earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Literature from UC San Diego.
