Iris Epple-Righi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the fashion and retail industries. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for HUGO BOSS, Global-e, Sennheiser, and Bambuser, Iris has held prominent positions including CEO of ESCADA and President of Brand Management for Calvin Klein Europe. Iris completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Tübingen from 1984 to 1989, and previously worked as GMM and DMM/buyer at Breuninger, as well as SVP General Merchandise Manager and SVP Retail at Tommy Hilfiger.
