Kyle Ward

Kyle Ward, MBA, CBCP, currently serves as the Manager of Global Resiliency and Crisis Management at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. since April 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Operational Risk Vice President focusing on Business Continuity at Bank of China from June 2023 to April 2025, and Business Continuity Director for the Americas at Nike from April 2020 to January 2023. Ward has a strong background in business continuity, having held positions such as Business Continuity Senior Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where responsibilities included leading initiatives for the Federal Reserve System’s Office of Employee Benefits and designing incident management frameworks. Additional experience includes managing a corporate response to the Gorkha Earthquake at Verisk and supporting Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts at ICF International. Education credentials encompass a Master of Science in Government Analytics from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency and Disaster Management from Western Carolina University.
