Steve Fujimura is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various roles in education, customer support, and business services. Currently serving as a Business Services Associate at the University of California, Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive since July 2013, Fujimura previously worked as an English Language Tutor and Proofreader while self-employed from September 2006 to October 2014. Additional experience includes positions as a Bookseller at Bookshop Santa Cruz, a Customer Support Associate at Journeyworks Publishing, and an English Teacher at Global Village Organization. Fujimura's early career involved managing operations as an Educational Distribution Associate at the Center for Asian American Media. Fujimura holds an MA in English literature and film from National Dong Hwa University and a BA in English literature with a music minor from San Jose State University.

Each year BAMPFA presents more than twenty art exhibitions, 450 film programs, and dozens of performances, as well as lectures, symposia, and tours.
