Darrin Bower

Darrin Bower is a seasoned project manager and business leader with over 20 years of experience in business and human resources. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham and are currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force. Darrin has served in various HR roles within the United States Air Force, including Senior Human Resources Manager, where they managed administrative and security requirements for military personnel. Currently, Darrin works as an Area Product Owner at BAM Technologies, LLC, and is committed to enhancing the lives of people with developmental disabilities through their role as Director of Human Resources at Hope Enterprises, Inc.
