Working initially on prestressed bridge beams and portal frame type building systems he expanded the company’s range of products by moving into box culverts, precast arches, and portals along with marine systems. Eamon has been instrumental in ensuring the success of Banagher Precast Concrete with his innovative precast solutions – in 2005 Eamon developed the now industry standard and widely used ‘W Beam’ which spans up to 50 meters.

In 2007 he developed the shorter spanning ‘MY Beam’ - a more efficient environmentally friendly beam that uses less concrete and is ideal for rapid construction, his beams have proven to be an integral part of the UK and Irelands road and rail landscape. Eamon is an industry respected bridge beam expert who excels when challenged, he is also one of the leading technical contributors to the Concrete Bridge Development Group.
