Gilberto Cabrera

Gilberto Cabrera is a legal professional specializing in Labor Law and Human Talent Management, with over eight years of experience in labor relations. They have effectively managed both major and minor union organizations in companies with more than 2,500 employees and have extensive expertise in collective negotiations, legal advisory, litigation, and disciplinary processes. Currently serving as the Head of Labor Relations and Recruitment at Banasan, they previously held the position of Head of Labor Relations at Agrobanacaribe and practiced as a labor lawyer at Litoplas S.A. and Indra. Gilberto is also pursuing specialization in Labor Law at Universidad del Norte and a higher professional law degree at Universidad del Atlántico.
