Monte Thacker is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and leadership. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at BancFirst since June 2011, Monte previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Team Leader for Middle Market Commercial & Industrial and Commercial Real Estate. Prior to BancFirst, Monte was the Senior Vice President and Tulsa Market Manager for Business Banking at Bank of Oklahoma, managing a team of lenders and a diverse loan portfolio from December 1991 to June 2011. Monte began a banking career at Chase Bank as Vice President from June 1985 to December 1991. Monte holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a finance emphasis from the University of Central Oklahoma.
