Lisbeth Lee is an experienced banking professional with a focus on product management and strategic project implementation. Currently serving as Gerente Ejecutiva de Desarrollo de Producto at Banco General since August 2017, Lisbeth has held various roles including Gerente de Productos and Gerente de Productos - Product Owner, where responsibilities included defining, creating, and monitoring deposit products for consumer and corporate banking, as well as leading product initiatives that align with customer needs. Lisbeth's prior experience includes serving as Subgerente de Proyectos at Global Bank, overseeing strategic projects with significant budgets and managing large teams. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Industrial Administrative Engineering from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Panamá, among others.
