Ignacio Yllera

Ignacio Yllera is an Executive Director in Growth and Venture Debt at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they worked at Santander as Executive Director of Structured Finance and Vice President of Corporate Finance within the Equity Capital Markets team, focusing on equity offerings across Iberia and Western Europe from 2019 to 2022. Their earlier experience includes roles in derivatives sales at Banesto, where they co-led a project that significantly increased revenue in corporate equity solutions. Ignacio co-founded Workat in 2017 and began their career as a research intern at Inversis Banco in 2005. They hold a degree in Finance from CUNEF and have completed courses in financial modeling and structured products.
