Fred Bulamba

Fred Bulamba is an accomplished Aeromedical Doctor at BANCROFT GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT, responsible for managing medvac and casevac for trauma patients since April 2022. In addition, Fred serves as a Trainer of Trainers at Gradian Health Systems, focusing on medical equipment development for low and middle-income countries since March 2019. Fred is also an Anaesthesia Care Specialist and Academic Faculty at Busitema University, overseeing the BSc. Anaesthesia program and functioning as Head of the Department of Anaesthesia and Critical Care. Previous involvement includes being a Scientific Committee Member with the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists from October 2021 to April 2022. Fred's education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Maternal Health from Queen Mary University of London, a Fellowship in Anaesthesia from the College of Anaesthesiologists of East, Central and Southern Africa, a Master's degree in Anesthesiology from Makerere University, and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the same institution.
