Bancroft is a Mechanical and Electrical Design Specialist Company capable of offering competitive quotation and an excellent Installation Service from Specifications and Drawings prepared by others or on a Design & Build basis.
The Business predominantly trades in the fast track fit – out and Refurbishment market which represents approximately 60-65% of our turnover. The balance of our turnover is derived from new build commercial developments, Health, Leisure, Hotel and Education Projects.
Our entire staff is directly employed by the Company, and all services are managed in-house.
We carefully manage our supply chain, partnering with many domestic sub-contractors and ensuring that they follow our installation methods, Health & Safety and quality plans when working on Bancroft Projects.
Bancroft is financed by the way or retained profit and currently does not require the use of any third party financing from banks or financial institutions.

This team ensures the seamless collaboration between Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) processes, while also managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. They play a critical role in aligning project specifications and drawings, overseeing quality standards, and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety regulations, ensuring that all design and installation activities proceed efficiently and cohesively.

Coordination Team

The Engineering and Design Team at Bancroft Ltd is responsible for developing mechanical and electrical design solutions for projects across various sectors, including commercial developments, health, leisure, hotel, and education projects. Comprising senior electrical design engineers, senior design engineers, and electrical testing and inspection engineers, the team ensures that all designs meet stringent quality and safety standards, whether working from client specifications or on a Design & Build basis. Their role includes managing design processes, testing and inspection, and overseeing compliance with industry regulations and Bancroft’s installation methods.
