Ren D. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ecommerce and customer service. Currently serving as a Vinyl Rep and Support Specialist at Bandcamp since November 2020, Ren previously held multiple roles at Pets on Broadway, including Ecommerce Manager and Customer Service Lead, overseeing online operations and customer support teams. Additional experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at ShopKeep and multiple positions at Apple, where Ren enhanced technical troubleshooting skills. Ren is furthering education in Full Stack Application Development through a MicroBachelors Program from edX, building on a solid educational foundation from Brockport High School.
