Bandenfilm is a young production company for film and audiovisual media. Heart of the company is our gang (,Bande’): The founders Britta Strampe and Laura Klippel believe in creative and trusting partnerships on equal footing with a constantly expanding network of film and media professionals from all kind of departments. 

Our principle is the common vision: Bandenfilm stands for content that we create with a sense of zeitgeist, humor and intellect. We focus on audience driven content that exceeds the limits of traditional storytelling regardless of format or genre. We develop original, relevant narratives together from the first idea through to the theatrical release, as drama series for platform distribution or as a filmic spot with a viral effect.

Bandenfilm works equally with women and men of all departments. As producers we want to contribute ensuring that women in key positions are no longer special. We take our social responsibility seriously and put emphasis on the reconciliation of family and work.

Our young company is a scholar of the Startbüro Babelsberg, supported by Medienboard Berlin Brandenburg, Investionsbank des Landes Brandenburg, Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF and Studio Babelsberg AG and also holds a scholarship of the renowned law office SKW Schwarz specialized in film & TV.
