Davi Silva

Davi Silva started their work experience in 2004 as a Human Resources Assistant at Usina Santa Fé, where they were responsible for payroll assistance and processing paperwork for workplace accidents. Davi also handled life insurance and other benefits. From 2009 to 2013, Davi became a Human Resources Analyst at the same company, coordinating the development and monitoring of social programs and implementing business management strategies. In 2014, they interned at Vancity, where they made presentations and provided support to the Policy and Procedures team. Davi updated documents, created PDF fillable forms, and developed organizational process maps. In 2016, Davi joined OnSide Restoration Services as a Human Resources Administrator, supporting the HR department in day-to-day activities and providing administration for the Work Safe team. Davi also posted positions, sourced resumes, and pre-screened candidates. Currently, Davi is the Director of Human Resources & Payroll at Bandstra Transportation Systems Ltd., where they oversee HR operations and ensures compliance with legislation.

Davi Silva's education history begins in 2005 when they obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Paulista University (UNIP) in Brazil. In 2010, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Management from the National Institute of Post-Graduation Programs (INPG) in Brazil, graduating in 2012. During this time, they also obtained a certification as a Multiplier Agent on Drug Prevention from the Narcotics Investigation Department (Sao Paulo State Civil Police) in August 2012. Davi then decided to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2014 to 2016.
