Scott Nussbaum

Scott Nussbaum is a board member at Bandowango and was previously with Blue Heron Research Partners and Cross Shore Capital Management, LLC. Scott has over eight years of experience in the financial industry and has held various positions in compliance, operations, and due diligence.

Scott started their career in 2010 as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations & Due Diligence at Cross Shore Capital Management, LLC. Scott was responsible for the day-to-day operations and compliance policies procedures. Scott also designed and performed compliance testing, reviewed marketing materials, and upgraded the infrastructure to an institutional grade IT system. In addition, they oversaw the cybersecurity, risk assessment, training, systems & controls, and led operational due diligence reviews of all portfolio investments.

In 2017, Scott led the firm through a regulatory examination (SEC) covering the firm's 10 vehicles, which included onshore/offshore funds, private & registered funds, fund of funds, and private equity. Scott successfully maintained the firm's compliance with securities law and regulations (SEC, CFTC, FINRA incl. AML/KYC), and managed regulatory filings such as Form ADV, Form PF, Section 16, Form D, FBAR, CFTC/CPO, 40-Act.

As the Director of Operations, Scott managed analysts, indirect reports, and all service providers and vendors. Scott also produced internal reporting and represented the Adviser to the fund Board of Directors. In addition, he
