Alaena Taylor

Alaena Taylor has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bandwidth Inc. since March 2018, following roles as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Recruiter within the same company. Prior to Bandwidth Inc., Alaena worked at Mack & Associates as an Associate Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator from January 2017 to February 2018. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at MAVTechS, a Marketing Coordinator for Billy Sammons Realtor at Home Towne Real Estate, and a Research Assistant at Louisiana State University within Dr. Beck's Visual Cognition Lab. Furthermore, Alaena has held various positions such as a Global Wealth & Investment Management Advisory Intern at Merrill Lynch, an intern at Barstow Acres Children Center, and a Substitute Teacher with Calvert County Public Schools. Alaena earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in December 2015.
