Alaena Taylor has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bandwidth Inc. since March 2018, following roles as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Recruiter within the same company. Prior to Bandwidth Inc., Alaena worked at Mack & Associates as an Associate Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator from January 2017 to February 2018. Alaena earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in December 2015.
