Amy Lee serves as the Director of Internal Support Systems & Optimization at Bandwidth Inc. since May 2018, where leadership involves a team of developers to create automated solutions for internal and customer-facing operations. Previous roles at Bandwidth include Technical Program/Project Manager and Sr. Product Support Engineer, focusing on enhancing workflows and providing tiered support for VIP customers. Amy's extensive experience also includes over 17 years at SAS, progressing from IT Support Specialist to roles such as IT Hosting Program Manager and IT Manager, overseeing global conferencing solutions and technical program management. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
