Cathy Fay

Cathy Fay has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in fraud management and customer service. Currently serving as Team Lead - Voice Fraud at Bandwidth Inc. since September 2020, Cathy previously held roles such as Voice Fraud Specialist and Fraud Analyst II at the same company. Prior to Bandwidth, Cathy worked at Memorial Art Gallery as a Docent and contributed to West Irondequoit Central School District as a Computer Lab Teaching Assistant.
