Daniel Kanakanui

Daniel Kanakanui has extensive experience in revenue compensation management, currently serving as Manager of Revenue Compensation at Bandwidth Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Daniel held positions as Senior Revenue Compensation Administrator and Sales Compensation Administrator at Bandwidth Inc., and worked as a Sales Compensation Analyst at Extreme Networks from April 2020 to September 2021. Daniel's responsibilities included maintaining compliance with corporate finance laws, processing data for accurate monthly payments to over 300 employees, and generating reports for finance and sales leadership. Additional experience includes a long tenure as a referee for the US Soccer Federation, where Daniel developed decision-making and communication skills under pressure, and various roles in logistics, marketing, and customer service throughout Daniel's academic career at North Carolina State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Sport Management was obtained.
