Daryl O'Cain

Daryl O'Cain, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Director of Statutory Accounting at Bandwidth Inc., providing interim accounting services and support for audit and SEC disclosures. Previously, O'Cain held various key positions, including Controller at Pairwise, where management of accounting operations across multiple entities was achieved, and Director of Finance Operations at C3 HealthcareRx, focusing on financial analysis and procurement optimization. O'Cain's extensive background includes roles as Controller, Secretary, and Treasurer at Novaerus Inc., and as Assistant Controller at Bioventus, along with significant experience at Progress Energy in diverse financial management roles. O'Cain began a career in finance at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Auditor and served in the United States Marine Corps. Daryl O'Cain earned a Master's degree in Accountancy from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
