David Preo

David Preo is a seasoned product manager with over 35 years of experience in telecommunications and software development. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Bandwidth Inc. since October 2017, Preo focuses on Voice APIs, CPaaS, and STIR/SHAKEN. Prior to this role, Preo spent seven years at Viavi Solutions managing Ethernet and TDM service assurance OSS solutions, and played a key role in performance monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities for major service providers. At Nortel, Preo held several senior positions, leading significant projects such as the Converged Media Gateway Program and developing Multimedia SIP Application Server solutions. Preo's career began at Bell Northern Research, where responsibilities included software engineering and systems engineering for significant telecommunications projects. Preo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
