Emily Bass

Emily Bass has extensive experience in customer implementation and engagement within the telecommunications and higher education sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Implementation Specialist II at Bandwidth Inc. since October 2020, Emily has advanced through various roles including Customer Implementation Specialist I, Premium Porting Specialist, and Signature Porting Specialist. Prior to this, Emily was an Outreach and Engagement Intern at North Carolina State University, where responsibilities included conducting faculty interviews and publishing project profiles. Additional experience includes an Account Leadership internship at SEEZ and a Front Desk Receptionist role at State Farm. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from North Carolina State University.
