Laura Chipman serves as the VP & Deputy General Counsel for Privacy and Marketing at Bandwidth Inc., a global cloud communications software company, since August 2021. In this role, Laura focuses on enhancing the company's global privacy program and supporting marketing efforts internationally. Prior to Bandwidth, Laura held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at SAS, contributing to AI and analytics software solutions. Laura also has experience in private practice, including positions as an Associate at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, and Troutman Sanders LLP, where representation involved media, communications, and complex civil litigation matters. In addition to corporate roles, Laura founded Laura Chipman, LLC, offering coaching services.
