Leah Hudson Webb

Leah Hudson Webb currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Bandwidth Inc., focusing on corporate, securities, M&A, and finance since August 2021. Previously, from October 2015 to August 2021, Leah held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Venture Lending Special Assets at Pacific Western Bank, where responsibilities included leading loan workouts and acquisitions for troubled borrowers. Leah joined Square 1 Financial, Inc. in April 2008 and advanced to Senior Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing a legal department during significant growth, including an IPO and merger. Earlier experience includes roles at The McCormick Group, Capital One, Akin Gump, and Balch & Bingham. Educational qualifications include an A.B. in Political Science from Duke University, a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law, and an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.
