Lisa Jill Freeman

Lisa Jill Freeman is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in regulatory compliance and customer operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Vice President & Regulatory Compliance Officer at Bandwidth Inc. since December 2006, Freeman previously held the position of Director of Customer Operations at Cox Communications, where responsibility encompassed managing a large customer support center. With a substantial tenure at Sprint from 1985 to 2005, Freeman advanced through various roles, culminating in the General Manager of Special Service Operations, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills, particularly in disaster planning and recovery. Freeman holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Sonoma State University.
