Nickie Gallivan

Nickie Gallivan has extensive experience in customer success and service delivery, currently serving as Global Service Delivery Manager at Bandwidth Inc. since March 2019, with a progression of roles including Premium Global Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to joining Bandwidth Inc., Nickie worked as a Server at Lynnwood Grill and held an Administrative Assistant position at Gallivan Home Builders. Early career experiences include roles such as Camp Counselor at Chesterbrook Academy and YMCA of the Triangle, as well as positions in retail and food service at EXPRESS, Keva Juice, Autowash Express, and Freshberry. Nickie holds a degree in Agricultural Business Management from North Carolina State University.
