Russell Katz

Russell Katz is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Legal at Bandwidth Inc. since October 2017, Russell represents Business & Sales Operations teams, providing strategic consultation on complex sales opportunities and negotiating contractual terms. Prior to this, Russell held various roles at Citrix from January 2012 to October 2017, including Associate Product Manager for ShareFile, where the focus was on expanding market routes for partners. Russell's earlier legal experience includes positions with The McGrann Law Firm, Forsyth County Public Defender's Office, and as a student attorney at Wake Forest University clinics. Russell earned a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology and Physiology, as well as Philosophy, from the University of Maryland.
