Stephen Dreyer is a seasoned software development manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently, Stephen holds the position of Senior Software Development Manager at Bandwidth Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing Messaging, Programmable Voice, and WebRTC since July 2020.
