Alvin Roth

Prof. Roth is the Craig and Susan McCaw Professor of Economics at Stanford University, and the Gund Professor Emeritus of Economics and Business Administration at Harvard University where he taught for 14 years. Professor Roth was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Science for market design in 2012. He has been an Alfred P. Sloan fellow, a Guggenheim Fellow, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a member of the National Academy of Sciences.
