Odd Einar Straume

Odd Einar Straume is an accomplished professional with several years of experience in the construction and oil/gas industries. They served as a Lagfører in Hans Majestet Kongens Garde from 2007 to 2008 and held various engineering and leadership roles at companies such as Halliburton and Spordrift AS, where they played a pivotal role in the development of machine strategies and operational efficiency. They have also contributed to educational initiatives as a mentor and project leader in realfag programs. Odd Einar earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sør-Trøndelag University College in 2011, building a strong foundation for their career in technical and managerial roles. Currently, they are the Daglig leder at Mss-Maskinell Snøservice AS.
