Alison Layfield

Alison Layfield, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at Mars Veterinary Health since May 2022. Prior to this role, Alison held multiple positions at Banfield Pet Hospital from January 2010, including Human Resources Director, Director of Talent and Engagement, Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Development, Senior Manager of Learning and Development, and Senior Associate Relations Manager. Alison's earlier experience includes serving as Regional HR Manager at Jack in the Box from February 2003 to December 2009 and as Corporate Recruiter at CH2M from February 2000 to February 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona and a Master's degree in Whole Systems Design with a focus on Organizational Design from Antioch University Seattle.
