Jayme Dodrill

Jayme Dodrill has over a decade of experience in leadership roles at Banfield Pet Hospital, currently serving as the Director of Innovation Management & Operational Improvement. Jayme's career is marked by progressive promotions, showcasing expertise in operational improvements, efficiency gains, and strategic planning across 1,100 hospitals and impacting 18,000 associates. Notable achievements include establishing an expedited incubator pipeline for pilot projects and successfully managing the deployment and training plan for the largest commercial contract in Banfield history. Jayme also owned For the Love Pet Photography from 2011 to 2016 and held various marketing and client care roles earlier in the career. Jayme holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Warner Pacific University and an Associate of Arts Transfer degree from Clackamas Community College.
