Miranda Yang

Miranda Yang is an experienced Associate Veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital since July 2021, with previous clinical experience as a SVP Summer Veterinary Student at Betty Baugh's Animal Clinic. Miranda completed five clinical rotations at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, covering various specialties including orthopedic surgery and emergency care. Additionally, Miranda has a strong background in animal handling and exhibition, having served as a Course Coordinator and Supervisor at Rutgers University, where skills in communication and organization were honed. Miranda also held leadership positions within student organizations such as the Rutgers TASA and ITASA, and has extensive volunteer and veterinary assistant experience at various animal facilities and clinics. Miranda earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Rutgers University.
