Timothy Ibrahim

Timothy Ibrahim is an experienced professional in the fields of management and learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at Banfield Pet Hospital since March 2015. In this role, Timothy has progressed from Project Specialist to Learning and Development Business Partner, where responsibilities included building training content and overseeing operations for a $2.5 million hospital, managing a team of 35 clinicians and administrative staff. Prior to joining Banfield, Timothy served as Store Manager at Starbucks from June 2010 to March 2015, directing operations across multiple New Jersey locations with a focus on retail and service functions, team building, and P&L management. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Management from Georgian Court University, completed in 2014.
