Tracey Edman

Tracey Edman currently serves as a Customer Service Representative at Tokyo Electron US since November 2024 and as a Customer Service Coordinator at Banfield Pet Hospital since June 2023. Tracey has a comprehensive background in customer service, having held various positions such as Customer Service Specialist - Lead and Customer Service Representative at Sanuwave, Inc. from December 2020 to February 2023. Previous experiences include roles at Master Builders Construction Chemical, SunOpta, CommScope, Evine Live Inc, Pearson VUE, Lifecore Biomedical, and GN ReSound A/S. In addition to practical experience, Tracey holds a certificate in Real Estate from the Real Estate Associate Program (REAP), alongside education at Ridgewater Technical College from 1988 to 1989.
