Bangkok Flight Services (BFS) is a modern, innovative and customer focused ground handling company offering full passenger, ramp and cargo handling services at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. BFS handles all types of aircraft, from private charters to full service mainline carriers, including A380 capability. Ensuring the highest level of safety as well as delivering excellent customer services is the key to any airport operations. BFS currently employs over 4,000 people who undergo thorough professional service and systems training in order to ensure that IATA, industry and Customer Airline standards are met consistently.
