Thiago Abreu has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Thiago began their career as an Intern Software Developer at Micromar, where they played a role in developing and integrating technology for a neurosurgery planning software. Following this, they joined Ericsson, where they held various positions such as Senior Service Engineer, Solution Architect, and Service Delivery Line Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, led projects for major mobile operators, and delivered strategic services and solutions. After leaving Ericsson, Thiago joined DOCOMO Digital as a Regional Service Delivery Manager, overseeing projects across Latin America related to Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and Alternative Payment Method (APM). Thiago later took on the position of LATAM Sales Delivery Lead at the same company, where they played a key role in driving strategic key deals and managing the delivery team. Currently, Thiago is employed at Bango as a Sales Delivery Lead.

Thiago Abreu earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2019, Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2018, Leadership Core Curriculum from Ericsson in 2016, Enterprise Value Architecture from Ericsson in 2015, Gestão de TI – Estratégia e Conceitos from Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2010, and Gestão de Projetos de TI from Fundação CECIERJ in 2010.
