Eksir is currently the Compliance Director at PT. Bank Sumut since 2020. With a strong background in banking, they have held various leadership roles, including Director at Bank Bengkulu and Senior Vice President at PT BANK JTRUST INDONESIA Tbk. They began their career as an Account Officer at Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia and continued to develop their expertise in risk management and compliance throughout their education, earning a Master's degree in Risk Management from the University of Indonesia and a Doctorate in Public Policy from Trisakti University. Additionally, Eksir has completed an Executive Education program in Strategic Management at the University of Cambridge.
