Derek Douglas

Derek Douglas serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Director of Operations. Mr. Douglas has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on banking, marketing and customer experience technologies. He began his career at National Bank of Commerce, later SunTrust, leading a team responsible for launching one of the first internet banking and bill payment programs in the country, and served as Vice President managing the bank’s virtual banking and online marketing initiatives.
