Joan Jensen is currently the Lead UX Consultant at Bankdata, focusing on user experience in financial services, particularly in eBank, Tablet bank, and Mobile bank solutions. With prior experience as a User Experience Specialist at Danske Bank Group from 1988 to 2018, they also took on roles as an Analyst and Solution Architect, primarily working with eBanking solutions.
