Simone Lyng Pedersen

Simone Lyng Pedersen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Lead HR Business Partner at Bankdata since September 2014, after progressing through various roles including HR Business Partner and Senior HR Consultant. Bankdata is one of Denmark's largest financial IT companies, employing approximately 700 staff members. Prior to this, Simone worked as a Student Assistant and Intern at Bankdata. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Strategy, Organisation & Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Ethics and Management, both from Aarhus University, along with a semester abroad at San Diego State University. Additionally, Simone briefly worked as a teaching assistant in "IT in Business" at Aarhus University.
