Erin Dunn

Erin Dunn currently serves as a People Business Partner at Banked, where responsibilities include collaborating with global leaders to address employee and business challenges in a remote setting, managing the performance cycle, HR systems, and people analytics, while promoting engagement, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Prior to this role, Erin was a People Business Partner at Swytch Bike, supporting up to 80 employees with HR advice, compliance, and various HR administrative tasks. Erin also held positions at Ford Australia, initially as a People Advisor and later as a Human Resources Business Associate, providing HR guidance and supporting leadership in restructuring and workforce planning. Erin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing from the University of Adelaide and completed a study abroad year at the University of Leeds.
