George Wiggin

George Wiggin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. George is currently working as a Software Engineer at Banked since December 2022. Prior to this, George co-founded Sequest, a sustainability consultancy for small and medium businesses. George successfully grew the revenue from £0 to £210,000 in 1.5 years. While at Sequest, George also served as a Co-founder and Product Manager for their carbon calculating web-app and database. George managed a team of designers, developers, marketers, and potential investors. Although the venture pivoted to a sustainability consultancy, it failed due to low customer return visits. George's previous role was as a Product Manager, Fundraiser, and Co-founder at Nexus Vision, where they worked from March 2019 to June 2022. George also has experience as a Product Manager at FruPro, where they played a key role in re-scoping the initial MVP, reducing development and launch time, and securing successful pre-seed funding. Earlier in their career, George worked as an Analyst at SYSTEMIQ Ltd. and as an ESG Analyst at AfricInvest Group.
