Will Herring has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Will started their career in 2008 at Tesco Tech Support Ltd, where they provided technical support and advised customers on electrical products. Will also worked as a Computer Technician at Microton Technology Ltd, diagnosing and repairing computer issues.

In 2013, Will joined Apple as a Field Merchandiser, ensuring visual standards and supporting store teams with merchandising initiatives. Will later took on the role of Specialist, working closely with global teams to align directives.

Will then transitioned to Sainsbury's as a Security Administration Analyst, managing user accounts and resolving security issues. Will also supported the implementation of new applications within the company.

Following that, Will joined ao.com as a Site Support Engineer, providing technical assistance and support. Will Herring obtained their ISTQB in Software Testing Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Professional Diploma in Game Development from Futureworks in the years 2011 to 2014.
