Tim Evans has extensive experience in the banking and energy sectors, having held various roles in corporate and investment banking across multiple prestigious institutions. Tim began at Standard Bank Group as an Analyst and later as an Associate in Corporate & Investment Banking, focusing on the oil and gas sector in Sub Saharan Africa. Following this, Tim served as a Senior Associate and then Vice President at Citi, specializing in banking, capital markets, and advisory services for EMEA Natural Resources, including metals, mining, and petrochemicals. Currently, Tim is the Executive Director of Energy & Natural Resources Investment Banking at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). Prior roles include a Petroleum Engineer at Maersk Oil and a Reservoir Engineer at Melrose Resources Plc. Tim holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc (Hons) in Geology from The University of Edinburgh.
