John Ford

John Ford has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. John started their career at Woodtrust Bank as a consumer loan officer and worked their way up to become the branch manager. In 1998, John joined Crocus Estates, LLC as a founding member, where they oversaw real estate development and management, including constructing assisted living facilities and diversifying the company's real estate holdings. In 2012, they joined SEGA Biofuels as the VP of Finance and Operations, where they led the financial buyout and conversion of a fire log to a wood pellet plant. From 2015 to 2017, John worked at Central Door Solutions as a Schedule Coordinator, where they coordinated and scheduled installations of overhead doors. Currently, they are serving as the VP Business Banking Manager at First State Bank.

John Ford attended UW OSHKOSH from 1980 to 1985, where they pursued a degree in Business with a major in Finance.
