Kenny Walker

Kenny Walker is a seasoned professional in cyber security and data protection, currently serving as the Global Information Security Officer and Data Protection Officer at Banking Circle since January 2021. In this role, Kenny leads a team across multiple countries to enhance IT security and develop robust remediation strategies. Previously, as a Cyber Security Consultant for The Scottish Government, Kenny played a pivotal role in establishing an information security management system for a government-backed investment bank, ensuring compliance with key regulations. Earlier experience includes a Senior Cyber Security Consultant position at Capita IT Professional Services, where Kenny managed teams to deliver critical security consultancy, and as Consulting Services Director at Cloudstream Technology, focusing on GDPR compliance and PCI DSS. Kenny’s career began with founding Inspired By Technology Ltd, providing compliance and technology solutions across diverse sectors. Kenny holds a BA (Hons.) in Information Management from Queen Margaret University.
