Michael Boel has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Director - Co-Head of Clearing Technology and other leading roles at Banking Circle since September 2016. With a strong background in clearing and product execution, Michael has contributed to Banking Circle's mission-critical financial services aimed at enhancing institutional trading capabilities. Prior to this, Michael held various senior positions at Saxo Bank A/S between January 2012 and September 2016, including Head of Payment Services and Financial Business Analyst. Earlier career experience includes managing foreign department and back-office operations at Østjydsk Bank A/S from January 2008 to December 2011, along with a foundational role in FX, MM, and derivatives trading. Michael holds advanced degrees in Finance from Aarhus University and Organization and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School.
