Esther C. has an extensive background in IT consulting and functional analysis, having worked with various financial institutions such as Banco Santander and Bankia. They held multiple roles, including Consultora Informática at Avalon Technology and Jefa de Proyectos at Bankinter, where they currently lead digital transformation initiatives. Esther completed their technical engineering degree in Management Computer Science at UNED and has contributed to significant projects, including the Reforma Mercado de Valores.
